Available Engines
Regular 2021 Ford Focus offers the same 1.5-liter turbocharged engines. The first one is a three-cylinder while the second output is a four-cylinder displacement. Ford also offers a reliable eight-speed automatic transmission and relatively new drive mode selector. Thanks to that, you can adjust the handling.
Models such as sport, track, normal and slippery are available too. The first output delivers 154 hp while the second output has been rated at 200 horsepower. Some rumors are writing about a new diesel engine for the Europe-Spec Fiesta, but this is just a speculation for now.
2021 Focus RS Goes Hybrid
The upcoming 2021 Ford Focus RS is in the late stage of development. Far, Blue Oval teased us with some information about the possible facelift. For that reason, new rendering photos are available. This comes handy because Ford still didn’t release any information about this model. A hybrid powertrain is on the way. Focus RS will remain a four-wheel-drive model.
The e-power system will deploy rear wheels while the combustion engine drives the front wheels. This combination will provide around 400 horsepower and Ford will offer a mild-hybrid system. Ford promised impressive traction, handling and the ability to tweak the torque vectoring. New Focus RS will also gain various cosmetic updates.
Ford Focus Dimensions
All versions will get the same 104.3 inches long wheelbase. The 2021 Ford Focus will offer numerous body styles. Knowing that hatchback is 171.6 long and sedan is slightly longer, 178.5 inches. Both variants are 71.8 inches wide and 58.4 inches tall.
On the other hand, wagon Focus is taller, but not drastically. The wagon model will be 59.3 inches tall. That means the 2021 Focus won’t get any sort of dimensional changes. The last version was slightly extended which will result in better interior legroom.

Still, amenities such as the 6.5-inch display will remain. We ‘d recommend a larger 8-inch unit. Ford is offering a remote start system, Wi-Fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. In terms of cabin design, center console will suffer minor refinements. The Focus will remain simple and practical car but second-row legroom is still too tight for the adults.
2021 Ford Focus Price and Release Date
Blue Oval manufacturer said on its website that the company will no longer build Focus models. The 2021 Ford Focus continues its journey in Europe. The price of the new model will start at $20,000. We are still waiting for the pricing of the new hybrid RS variant.
