As we said, F-650 and F-750 trucks are the only medium-duty models that are offering both gasoline and diesel powertrain options. No matter which engine you opt for, a 6-speed TorqShift automatic transmission is offered. The gasoline engine can produce 430 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. Potent V8 is more powerful than the previous unit that it replaces.
As for the diesel powertrain, Ford offers three different power ratings. The first one is rated at 270 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque. The second one is optional, and it delivers 300 horses and 725 lb-ft of twists. There is a third output that generates 330 hp and up to 750 lb-ft of torque.
Ford F-650 Facelift
The upcoming 2022 Ford F-650 truck will be a carryover in terms of design. The arriving model comes with a good-looking front fascia, and even the side profile is modern and surprisingly sharp.
