A more serious performance comes from a 3.6-liter V6 engine. Pentastar unit is ready to produce more power and torque, making the Journey more interesting to drive. However, it is available only for the GT model, which costs $10,000 more than the base one. A six-speed automatic transmission is a power router. Well, this one is also old and needs a replacement. Other similar vehicles in the family are already using an eight-speed gearbox. Towing capacity and acceleration times are better.

Well, the SUV is not going to carry the Hellcat engine for too long, since the 2022 Dodge Journey is the last time it will be in production. But, the sign out would be in style with a 700+ hp rated version.
2022 Dodge Journey Trim Levels
The base edition of the 2022 Dodge Journey will remain the same, with a four-cylinder engine, cruise control, 17-inch wheels, and the price tag above $23,000. Ten color options are available for the SE Value package, including one premium– tri-coat White Noise. Standard 2022 Dodge Journey SE is going to cost about $600 above the Value version. Special 17-inch and 19-inch wheels are optional upgrades.
The Crossroad model adds features in a total value of $6,000. The leather interior is one of the best things you can get from it. There is a climate zone for each row, a large multimedia screen, and a unique suspension. The only model that brings more is GT. The main upgrade is a V6 engine.
