The compact-sized Hyundai Kona debuted for the 2018 model year and it is the brand’s smallest crossover SUV designed to compete with the Toyota C-HR and Nissan Juke. Hyundai launched the electric version for the 2019 season which is an alternative to models such as the Nissan Leaf and Chevy Bolt.
